The bill (Reg. No. 3295-1) suggests by amending articles 29, 69 and 71 of he Budget Code of Ukraine to transfer money means, received from the use (implementation) of the part of goods manufactured, to the body of local self-government on the territory of which the subsoil plot is located. The amount of money means should be stipulated by the production sharing agreements, but not less than 10 per cent of these funds.
